The room was very clean and warm. The location of the hotel is superb. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. We didn't have to use public transportation.There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area too.

The location is excellent and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very enjoyable stay.

While breakfast had many cold items to choose from it would have been nice to have more than three warm choices in the chafing dish of usually scrambled eggs, a potato offering and another item.

I have stayed in many hotels around the Sultanahmet area, but Thank You Hotel has truly been the best experience by far. This property perfectly blends old world charm with modern comfort. The hotel itself is beautiful, unique, and exceptionally well-maintained. Everything from the décor to the cleanliness reflects great care and attention to detail.The staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth and effortless. My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared. The air conditioning turned on automatically upon entry, the bathroom was fully equipped with all essentials, and the shower offered excellent water pressure with both hot and cold options. Despite being located in a busy area, the room was completely quiet, allowing for a perfect night’s sleep.The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared each morning, offering a pleasant start to the day. What truly stood out, though, was the team always smiling, attentive, and eager to make my stay memorable.The hotel’s location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk from all the major attractions in Sultanahmet, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace.Whether you’re traveling as a family, couple, or solo adventurer, I can’t recommend Thank You Hotel highly enough. It truly lives up to its name so to the entire team, thank you for making my stay so special. This will definitely be my go to hotel in Istanbul from now on!

Everything, and I am not exagerating. The hotel is literally around the corner of Hagia Sofia on a quite pedestrian street in the middle of all caffees and restaurants but away from the noise of the parallel or adjatent streets. We had the deluxe double room that is not very large but decent in size and very well compartimentalized and equiped. Furniture and all amenities are brand new and everything is functional and seamless. I was surprised that the hot water wotks properly, hot from the first second. The service is absolutely impecable and the staff is genuinely polite and helpful, very prompt as well. All is modern and in the right place. Even the breakfast, which i noticed in the reviews that is somewhat questionned in terms of quality or variety, was sonthing that we liked, actually a lot. Variety is not abundant but the food is tasty and home made, which was a very nice touch. We will be back for sure.

The staff was great, rooms conformable and a fantastic location.

Unfortunately the climate control is controlled by the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and were only uncomfortable one of those nights when the system was too warm for comfortable sleeping.

Location, location and location. Close to everything historical that you may want to see or if you want to go shoppoing the tram stop is not all that far. May be 200 metres. Hotel staff is always smiling and willing to help. As for the rooms, English would say that they're Cosy, Scotish Wee Bit small, Americans Cute and Ozies bloody small but in reality rooms are very clean and just big enough, very nicely furnished. Air con works very well. Bathroom has a rain shower head that is nice and strong.

Breakfast is not something that would be to everybodies taste, a specialy on the first morning after that you kind of find something for your own taste.

The clean, the service, hot water good, walking distance to everything. People very kind.

The best hotel in the Sultanahmet area. Everything was superlative, from the hotel's location near Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, to the cleanliness of the room, amenities, modern elevator and last but not least the friendliness of the staff (Met, Ahmet, Recep, the breakfast guys and the cleaning ladies). I will gladly return every time I come to Istanbul. Thank You Hotel is the perfect place for a comfortable and carefree stay in the heart of the famous Sultanahmet.

The hotel has an excellent location – right in the city center, on the Golden Horn, within walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Gulhane Park, the citadel, and many other landmarks. Our room faced the street but was quiet, and the staff even made sure that we didn’t have neighbors in the adjacent rooms. Parking was arranged on the street, the room was cleaned regularly, towels were changed, and complimentary bottled water was provided. The room had a small fridge, air conditioning, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The staff speaks English and is very helpful. Breakfast is self-service, with basic non-meat options, but more than sufficient in both quantity and quality.

The second bedroom provided for our relatives did not have a window – only a small balcony that opened into an internal staircase, which might be uncomfortable for guests with claustrophobia. In addition, our relatives mentioned that they could hear some noise from the neighboring room, although everything was quiet after midnight.

I had a wonderful stay at “Thank you” hotel in Istanbul. The staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. I also appreciated the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the city and access main attractions.Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the service was attentive throughout. I also want to thank the reception team for their kindness and efficiency during check-in and check-out.Overall, my experience exceeded expectations, and I would be delighted to return on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Hidden gem- the staff were amazing - very communicative even before arrival and so prompt to answer questions. Location is perfect for walking to all main tourist attractions. Very well priced for what it offers.
